Brake Pressure Differential Valve - Without ABS

1. Connect the gauge set.
2. Bleed the brake system.
3. Press the brake pedal until the front brake pressure is 1,961 kPa (284 psi) . The rear brake pressure should be 1,961 kPa ±196 kPa (284 psi ±28 psi) . If not as specified, replace the brake pressure control valve.
4. Press the brake pedal until the front brake pressure is 5,884 kPa (850 psi) . The rear brake pressure should be 2,476 kPa ±196 kPa (398 psi ±28 psi) . If not as specified, replace the brake pressure differential valve.
