Measure the resistance between relay terminal COM and all other terminals. If any resistance is 5 ohms or less, replace the relay. Otherwise, continue with the test.
Use a jumper wire to apply ground to terminal COIL. Apply battery voltage to terminals NO and COIL. Measure the voltage at terminal COM. If the voltage is less than 10 volts , replace the relay.
